Love your work. Welcome to DA. :)
You might be interested in joining a forum I'm on, it's for mermaid tails. www.mernetwork.com people sell tails, post tutorials and progress from making them, and many of us are performing mermaids and network on there.
Is your forum on here? How do I get to it? This site is different to others I use.

Thank you for your nice words. Yes I have seen a few youtube tutorials on tails. I do use silicon and latex to make things are my background is Makeup Artistry. My tails currently are only to pose in and they do up at the back, you cant swim in them. I plan to make a neoprene/latex/silicon tail soon. Silicon is expensive to buy here so I will make the 'fin' out of silicon so it is translucent, then the neoprene skin with the zip up the back and then apply latex scales to it.
Sounds like a neat plan!
